The Learning and Skills Council The LSC website contains a wealth of information on how to improve the skills of young people and adults in England. Oxfordshire Council's Youth Support Services provide a range of personal and educational services to young people aged 13-19 years (and extended up to 25 under some circumstances). West Berkshire Council Education Welfare Service Information for schools, parents and children regarding ways to promote regular school attendance and to help to reduce exclusion from school.
