Frequently Asked Questions
My child has already had a Frontiers party. Will they be doing the same things this year? Yes and No....let us know that they've been before and we'll make sure our experienced leaders not only replay their old favourites, but also create some exciting new ones for them to try out.
What do you do if the weather is bad? We generally still go ahead with the party – we can still have fun outdoors when it’s raining! We run parties all through the winter - this is often our busiest period.
Please make sure the children are dressed appropriately for the weather. In the case of severe weather, we may postpone the event, but this happens rarely.
What should we bring? Please see the section headed ‘What to wear/ bring’ on the party page for a full list.
Can parents join in with the party? We prefer to have one or both parents of the birthday child present. There needs to be at least ONE parent or guardian attending each party with up to 16 children, and TWO parents if there are 17 or more. If more parents want to attend (and participate), that's fine!
What happens if more children want to come than we booked for? That's fine, but if the number of children exceeds 16, we need to know at least two weeks in advance in order to arrange an additional leader, for which there is an additional charge (see prices on the party page). We prefer to receive this excess payment beforehand, but it can be paid by cheque on the day if necessary.
Which party theme is most suitable for my child? All the themes are suitable for children of all ages. We recommend that you choose a scenario that matches your child’s interests. All the parties are lots of fun!
Can younger brothers or sisters come? They are welcome to come, but we would prefer an adult to accompany them if they are significantly younger than the party group.
Also, if they are going to join in with the party activities, they will be counted as a party guest.
