Our outdoor curriculum equips younger pupils with positive strategies for succeeding in the classroom.

Working in close partnership with teachers, pupils attend Frontiers once a week and build a portfolio of follow-up activities back in the classroom.

Outdoor Study Programmes

We develop organisational skills, social interaction, independent learning, sensory awareness, self-esteem, problem solving, conflict resolution and decision making.

Activities include: animal handling, shelter building, cooking food over a fire, woodland arts, crafts and games, planting, growing and harvesting plants and becoming familiar with the outdoors.
