Freelance Delivery StaffWe are seeking Freelance Delivery Staff to manage and deliver activities for young people, manage team leaders and deliver other events to youth, adult and corporate organisations. Main duties include facilitating a programme of activities for young people, teaching a range of skills, (in particular outdoor activities) in a fun and non-judgmental way. Experience Required: Experience of working with young people & experience in one or more of the following areas: sports coaching, bushcraft, catering, horticulture, building, carpentry. Ideally a graduate with a teaching / training qualification and 2 years proven experience of successfully delivering: high quality commercial training and development, or educational training to disaffected / disadvantaged young people. Skills and Abilities include the ability to lead, manage and direct events to a high level, good practical skills, and the ability to engage challenging students, showing compassion and understanding.
